WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LATE?

A valid late order is at the 45-day mark from the Date of Purchase. We agree 100% that it is not acceptable. Suppose your order has not been received at the 45-day mark. Keep the product when it arrives, and we will REFUND 100% of your money. 

WHAT IF I THE CUSTOMER ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

You, as a customer, are responsible for providing Dance EveryWear with the Correct Mailing Address. Dance EveryWear is NOT responsible for items that have been mailed to the provided address if that mailing address was entered incorrectly by you, the Customer. We at DanceEveryWear would try to track down the product if it was returned. Not all packages that are mailed to incorrectly provided addresses are Returned. These Packages are considered LOST or STOLEN after being delivered. Dance EveryWear is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages once Delivered. Please get in touch with your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number/s for further assistance.
Packages are not insured, so ensure you are shipping to a secure location.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please get in touch with your local Post Office with your tracking number/s available.

IS THE SHIPPING TIME ON MY ORDER 12-20 DAYS?

Generally, we will send the items marked READY TO SHIP from our warehouse in Germany as soon as possible once your payment is completed. But some itemes need to be produced, it is always stated in the product description and in this case we need 2 or 3 weeks to process your order.

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence, It may take anywhere from 7-14 business days on average. It is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

HAS MY BEEN PRODUCT SHIPPED?

All customers should have received an email confirming their order, followed by an email giving you a Tracking Number. It may take 24 hours or up to 7 days (holidays pending), then you can track your product for a more accurate date.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED

In either case, we apologize for the inconvenience that you may have experienced. Please submit a RETURNS form and follow the directions. We can either refund or send you the correct or new undamaged product.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can only cancel your order if we have not yet processed and shipped your product to the listed address. If your order has already been shipped, then Dance EveryWear will be unable to cancel your order. But once you receive your order and wish to return it, please fill out a RETURNS Form and follow the Refund Policy.
