Would you like to return an item? No problem, the return within Germany is free of charge. Try it on in the comfort of your own home and simply return it to us within 14 days of the day you received your order. Please ensure that all items are returned new and unused with all the pricetags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not comply with these guidelines and must be returned to you. Please send us an e-mail entering your order details
We will send you a return label by e-mail. Preferably pack the items in the original packaging. Attach the return label to the outside of the package, covering any remaining stickers. You can drop-off the parcel at any DHL station.
Should you chose to return your order using a different service other than the recommended one, the responsibility and cost of shipping will be entirely at your expense.
