Refund policy

Would you like to return an item? No problem, the return within Germany is free of charge. Try it on in the comfort of your own home and simply return it to us within 14 days of the day you received your order. Please ensure that all items are returned new and unused.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not comply with these guidelines and must be returned to you.

Send us an email to let us know that you would like to return a product. We will send you a return label.
Preferably pack the items in the original packaging. Attach the return label to the outside of the package, covering any remaining stickers. You can drop-off the parcel at any DHL station.

Should you chose to return your order using a different service other than the recommended one, the responsibility and cost of shipping will be entirely at your expense.

Returns outside of Germany are at your own risk and expense.

Withdrawal 

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days, no reason necessary. This cancellation period begins on the day that you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If the goods are delivered in several partial shipments, the cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the final shipment. 
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may submit your withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website. This function is easily accessible at all times during the withdrawal period. Once you have submitted your withdrawal via this function, you will receive confirmation of its receipt without undue delay via a durable medium. In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (only applies to deliveries within Germany), without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving notification of your cancellation. This refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise.We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for repayment, unless we agree otherwise; you will not be charged for this repayment in any case. However, we may withhold repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of return, whichever is sooner. You must return or hand over the goods immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you send off the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.  You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value can be attributed to a contact with you that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
