SHIPPING INFORMATION
Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed.
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. We ship worldwide so it will depend on your country of residence, and not all of our merchandise ships from the exact location, such as the United States, Europe, China, Australia, etc. It may take anywhere from 7-14 business days on average - depending on your country's customs and import process.
Standard parcel shipping is done with DHL. An e-mail which is send to you on the day of dispatch contains the tracking number which you can use to follow the progress of the parcel. Usually the delivery time within Germany is one to two days. An exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. SM Dance Solutions UG is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. SM Dance Solutions UG has no control over these charges, nor can SM Dance Solutions UG predict what they may be.
Every country has a tax threshold, which is the amount where a person begins paying taxes on an item. Custom duty may not apply to every international shipment.
Customs policies vary widely, you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The return within Germany is free of charge. Try it on in the comfort of your own home and simply return it to us within 14 days of the day you received your order. Please ensure that all items are returned new and unused with all the pricetags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not comply with these guidelines and must be returned to you. Please send us an e-mail entering your order details
We will send you a return label by e-mail. Preferably pack the items in the original packaging. Attach the return label to the outside of the package, covering any remaining stickers. You can drop-off the parcel at any DHL station.
Returns outside of Germany are at your own risk and expense.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days, no reason necessary. This cancellation period begins on the day that you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If the goods are delivered in several partial shipments, the cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the final shipment.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may submit your withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website. This function is easily accessible at all times during the withdrawal period. Once you have submitted your withdrawal via this function, you will receive confirmation of its receipt without undue delay via a durable medium. In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (only applies to deliveries within Germany), without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving notification of your cancellation. This refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise.We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for repayment, unless we agree otherwise; you will not be charged for this repayment in any case. However, we may withhold repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of return, whichever is sooner. You must return or hand over the goods immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation of this contract.
The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you send off the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value can be attributed to a contact with you that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
